Most
of us still remember Hurricane Katrina…… August 2005, when New Orleans in Louisiana,
USA, was visited by that most devastating wind of death. It was nature’s fury
at its worst: the storm, the rain, the flood and the accompanying destructions!
No one who witnessed that horror can forget the sight of it beamed live to the
world on cable news televisions.
That horror-storm came and went. And the aftermath left the country, and indeed the world, gasping in anguish and disbelief, as the extent of destructions to lives and properties came in full view.
What most of us didn’t know however was the strong warning that had been issued by the government agency in charge of weather for that area. An alarm had been raised long before the storm came, long enough for appropriate safety actions to have been taken by all concerned.

This was the unusually alarming weather message released by the Weather Service Office at New Orleans 24 hours before Hurricane Katrina hit land. But what was the effect of this high alert alarm on the people of New Orleans? Virtually no effect!
Very few people paid any attention to that very clear sound of alarm of approaching death and devastation. For the most part, they carried on as if that urgent weather forecast was for another planet and not something that had to do with their immediate safety. The result of that negligence and error of judgment was horror, sorrow and heart ache that won’t go away any time soon for those affected! The devastation was complete, just as the forecast had warned.
The science of weather forecasting has been since time immemorial. It serves to warn against impending adverse weather and prepare people to take safety measures ahead of danger. Men and women of yonder times never joked with what the sky told them. The success of the farmer was tied to the precision of the weather. He sowed by reading the sky, he reaped in accordance with what the earth had said. He knew he could lose a whole harvest if he took the sky for granted.
It was the same with his fisher neighbor. The fisherman knew he must read the sky before commencing on fishing trips. His very life and survival depended on his ability to predict the weather.
Concerning our folks of the olden days, they were limited in their knowledge and in the actions they could take when disaster came. But within the limits of their ability, they never toyed with the message of the sky and of Earth! They heeded to the letter what the Sky and the Earth said. And they were preserved by their wise and humble obedience.
“And he said also to the people, when ye
see a cloud
rise out of the west, straightway ye
say, There cometh
a shower; and so it is. And when ye see
the south wind
blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it
cometh to pass.
Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the
sky and of the earth;
but how is it that ye do not discern this time”? Luke
12:54-56 (KJV)
“And He was saying also to the crowds, whenever you
see a cloud
arising out of the west, immediately you
say, A violent rain accompanied
by high wind with thunder and lightning
is coming. And so it happens.
And when a south wind is blowing, you
say, Heat there will be.
And it takes place…………the face of the
earth and of the heaven you know
how to evaluate and interpret. But this
strategic, epochal period of time, how is it
that you are not evaluating and
interpreting it? Luke 12:54-56 (Wuest Translation)
“He also said to the crowds of people, When
you see a cloud
rising in the west, at once you say, It
is going to rain! And so it does.
And when [you see that] a south wind is
blowing, you say, There will
be severe heat! And it occurs. You play
actors (hypocrites)! You know
how [intelligently] to discern and
interpret and prove the looks of
the earth and sky; but how is it that you do not know how to discern and
interpret and apply the proof to this
present time”? Luke 12:54-56 (AMPLIFIED)
Nature is predictable to a very large extent; an extent that is more than enough for us to take responsible precautions for our safety. But most times, glaring warning signs are ignored or snubbed, usually with devastating consequences!
Weather is predictable. That is why we have weather forecast. But the Master gives us a vital link in Luke 12: That as the Sky and the Earth can be read by Earth’s Weathermen to tell what weather to expect and prepare for, THESE TIMES in which we are can also be read to predict or forecast what is coming!
Indeed, going by numerous past forecasts, the voice of Bible prophetics is far more accurate than the best of Earth’s Weathermen’s forecast! Men have looked to the face of the Sky and of the Earth and given us precise weather forecast. In many cases the invaluable advice we get from such predictions have helped us to take actions that have benefited us healthwise and averted many dangers to our lives and properties!
But there is the Weather-man of Heaven whose predictions or forecasts are so sure that even a dot thereof doesn’t miss. In New Orleans, the forecast of the Weathermen of Earth proved deadly accurate. Those who heeded it were saved, those who snubbed it met destruction. How much more God!
I am aware that spiritual predictions have taken so many forms that the first thing that greets them from the generality of people are mockery and disdain. That is understandable, and in many cases justifiable. I also know that Bible prophecies will continue to be dismissed with a wave of the hand as fairy tales. Believe it or not, it is all part of satan’s scheme to get many souls lost.
If we would take the time to look into OUR TIME with the same careful gaze of Earth’s Weathermen, we can read the immediate future of planet Earth and its Inhabitants.
The same way Earth’s Weathermen look to the Sky and the Earth to forecast the weather, based on many years of climatic studies, so we can look into the Bible to forecast events of OUR TIME and near future based on millennia of prophetic revelations and documentation.
Whether you believe this Heavenly Weatherman’s forecast or not will not affect the forecast itself. It is you who will have to face the consequence of your choice to believe or ignore the forecast. It is that simple and straight!
It comes to a time when what you believe doesn’t matter anymore! People in Noah’s day finally believed when the heaven opened and the water poured without relent. But their believing came after the fact. And it did not make the difference it could have made if it were before the fact!
The storm warning in New Orleans became a devastating reality and destructive experience for those who disbelieved, ignored or dismissed the warning as exaggeration and unreal.
“But as the days of Noe were, so shall
also the coming of
the Son of man be. For as in the days
that were before
the flood they were eating and drinking,
marrying and giving in marriage,
until the day that Noe entered into the
ark” Matthew 24:37,38
“ And as it was in the days of Noe, so
shall it be also in the days
of the Son of man. They did eat, they
drank, they married wives,
they were given in marriage, until the
day that Noe entered
into the ark, and the flood came, and
destroyed them all. Likewise also
as it was in the days of Lot; they did
eat, they drank, they bought,
they sold, they planted, they
builded; But the same day that Lot went
out of Sodom it rained fire and
brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.” Luke 17:26-30
Look at the face of the Sky and of the Earth. The message is boldly written: Another Storm is Coming. This time not in New Orleans but upon the whole world. The weather message is already out. It is a most urgent alarm. The chances of the coming Tsunami not hitting land globally is zero! It is sure. It is certain.
Why do we have weather forecasts? To warn us ahead of time so that we can prepare ourselves and take actions against dangers to our lives posed by adverse weathers.
“ For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet
once, it is a little while,
and I will shake the heavens, and the
earth, and the sea,
and the dry land; And I will shake all nations………….” Haggai 2:6,7
I do not know
what respect you have for God’s word. What you just read is Heaven’s Weatherman’s
message of a coming Tsunami. It is a weather warning with full blast alarm! It
can be ignored. It can be disdained and dismissed as the wild suggestions of
those drunk with religion. But it will be! IT WILL BE!
All we need to do is get prepared in line with the warning of the Weatherman from the Universe’s Weather Forecast Headquarters. And we have barely “24 hours” to get ready by taking appropriate actions.
“But
the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night;
in the which the heavens shall pass away
with a great noise,
and the elements shall melt with fervent
heat, the earth also
and the works that are therein shall be
burned up. Seeing then
that all these things shall be dissolved,
what manner of persons
ought ye to
be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for
and hasting
unto the coming of the day of
God, wherein the heavens
being on fire
shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent
heat? Nevertheless
we, according to his promise, look for new heavens
and a new
earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved,
seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him
in peace,
without spot, and blameless.” 2Peter 3:10-14
